Refund Policy-
All services provided by Natalie Rosen Culinary are customized and reserved in advance; as such, payments are generally non-refundable.
Deposits are required to secure bookings and are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, any additional payments made may be refunded at the sole discretion of Natalie Rosen Culinary, depending on timing, incurred costs, and the ability to rebook the date.
For events and catering, cancellations made within an agreed-upon window (typically 7–14 days prior to the event) may be subject to partial or full charges. Cancellations made within 72 hours of service are non-refundable.
For ongoing private chef services, cancellations or schedule changes require advance notice as outlined in the service agreement. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be billed in full.
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
We recommend reviewing all service agreements carefully and contacting us directly with any questions regarding cancellations or refunds.
